AiGentcy ("we," "us," "our") is an AI-powered advertising agency platform operated by Strange Victory Labs. Our service is available at app.aigentcy.app.

2. Information We Collect

Account information

• Name and email address (via Google OAuth or email signup)
• Profile information you provide (brand names, URLs)
• Subscription tier and billing information (processed by Stripe)

Usage data

• Campaign content you create through our AI agents
• URLs you submit for campaign analysis
• Chat messages with AI agents (Don, Megan, etc.)
• Platform connections and social media account data you authorize
• Analytics and performance metrics from connected platforms

Automatically collected

• Browser type, device information, IP address
• Pages visited and features used (via Google Analytics)
• Cookies for session management and preferences

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve the AiGentcy platform and AI agent services
• Generate campaigns, content, and analytics on your behalf
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send service-related communications (morning briefs, alerts)
• Monitor platform health and prevent abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

4. AI-Generated Content

Our AI agents (powered by Anthropic Claude) process your inputs to generate marketing campaigns, copy, analytics, and recommendations. Your campaign data and chat messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. We do not use your content to train AI models. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following services that may process your data:

• Supabase — Database and authentication
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation
• Vercel — Application hosting
• Google Analytics — Usage analytics
• Apify — Web scraping for competitive intelligence
• Brevo — Email delivery

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Campaign data, chat history, and generated content are stored until you delete them or close your account. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on all database tables, secure API key management, and OAuth-based authentication. We do not store passwords directly — authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and download your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Request data portability

9. Children

AiGentcy is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of AiGentcy after changes constitutes acceptance.
