Better Tomorrow Films LLC, doing business as AiGentcy ("we," "us," "our"), operates the AiGentcy platform at aigentcy.app. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use AiGentcy:

• Account information — your name and email address when you create an account
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVC on our servers.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interactions within the platform
• Content you create — campaigns, briefs, and other content generated through the platform
• URLs you submit — app store URLs and website URLs submitted for campaign research
• Social media connections — when you connect social media accounts via OAuth, we store encrypted access tokens to post on your behalf

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the AiGentcy platform
• Generate marketing campaigns tailored to your brand
• Process subscription payments and manage your account
• Send morning briefs, campaign notifications, and service updates
• Improve the service, fix bugs, and develop new features
• Communicate with you about your account or support requests

3. AI Processing

Your URLs, brand information, and campaign briefs are processed by AI models (Anthropic Claude) to generate campaign content including hooks, scripts, social posts, and strategy recommendations.

We do not use your data to train AI models. Your campaign data belongs to you. AI-generated content is created on-demand and is not shared with other users.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate AiGentcy:

• Anthropic — AI processing (campaign generation, agent intelligence)
• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — application hosting
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection
• Brevo — transactional and notification email delivery
• Apify — web scraping for brand research (app store listings, competitor data)
• Social media platforms — Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook (when you connect accounts via OAuth)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (US region). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. OAuth tokens for connected social media accounts are stored encrypted.

We implement industry-standard security measures including secure authentication, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data and campaign content
• Correct inaccurate information in your account
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your campaign content

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for authentication (session management) and analytics (Google Analytics). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings.

8. Children

AiGentcy is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected].

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of AiGentcy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
